How to make any Folder Invisible?
Everyone of us might be using the Hidden Attribute option to protect our Personal Folder but a single change in settings can make the Personal Folder visible thus making it insecure.
Make Any Folder Invisible
Today we will learn how to make our Personal Folder Invisible in 2 easy steps:
First Step - Make the Name Invisible
Select the Personal Folder -> Click F2 -> Type Alt 0160
Second Step – Make the Icon Invisible
Right Click on the Folder -> Properties -> Click Customize tab -> Click Change Icon -> Select Blank
No one will be able to find the folder except you thus making it completely secured.

doesn’t work, you need to rewrite your instructions. Pressing F2 makes the folder rename-able, then typing alt 0160 makes it the name of the folder

Yes exactly…
So when you do that you will find the folder without any name it in… Now the next step is to make it invisible by following Step 2.

keep alter pressing and than type 0160. than press the enter and watch.. its working my friend/

Doesn’t worked for me.. in first step it just changes the name to Alt 0160…and didn,t made folder name invisible

Hi Abhishek,
It should work as when you type Alt 0160 an invisible character will be inserted so the name will look blank.
First step -> Select the Folder - Press F2 - Then type Alt 0160
It will work!!!
