1) Less demanding

Where it was almost necessary to upgrade your hardware along with the OS (Operating System), this is not the case with Windows 7. Unlike prior Operating Systems Windows 7 does not overburden the existing system resources. While previously Operating Systems needed more CPU speed and memory, Windows 7 uses considerably less of this which means that with the new Windows 7 your system will work much faster than what it used to.

2) User Friendly

Windows 7 is very user friendly and it takes just a couple of hours for someone to get used to its new look. This should eliminate any worries you might have around having to learn how to navigate through the new system all over again.

3) Compatibility

With Windows 7 you don’t need to go through the hassle of re- installing your software and hardware drivers all over again. Windows 7 works well with many of the existing hardware and software drivers and in case any new updates are required Windows 7 will download these automatically.

What all this means is that, all you need to do is install Windows 7, and you are ready to go!

4) Managing Files

One of the biggest areas of pain for all of us has been saving of our documents, music files, videos etc. and then trying to find them! Windows 7 makes your life easier here as well. This Operating System stores all your related files in one location no matter where you might have saved them initially. This means that you no more need to remember where you have stored any particular file as no matter where you have saved it the system will automatically link it to any of the related/similar type files and store them centrally.

5) Network Connection

With the new Windows 7 Operating System you do not need to go through the hassle of setting up your network connections again. One of the new features of this new Operating System is its new Network and Sharing Centre with options which makes connecting to and setting up a network quite easy and quick. This also makes it easy for you to share printers and files without much effort.

6) Preferred choice

Due to the sheer number of people opting for Windows 7 it is for sure that a lot of developers in the near future would also start paying attention to this, which in turn means that there will be a lot more software’s available for you to improve this already proficient system. Due to the amount of developers paying attention to this new system you would also have a lot of help whenever required thus saving your time whenever need be.

Windows 7 is beneficial not just for a small or big organization but its also beneficial for every individual. This system helps you increase your productivity and hence is also cost effective.

A lot of people are now switching to Windows 7. You should upgrade now if you don’t want to be left behind.
