Internet Explorer 10 is the Successor of Internet Explorer 9 or you can say IE10 is the latest version released of internet explorer in market. It was officially released on Aug 2012 but it was not available for download at that point of time. It was made available for download in February 2013.
There were few updates after its official release and then it was made available to the user on Feb 2013. This web browser is said to have faster speed than IE9, its prior version or predecessor. IE10 is also more secure than its previous version IE9. IE10 gives much similar experience to Google Chrome web browser.

Internet Explorer 10 nowadays is available with Microsoft Windows 8, widows 7 and Windows server 2008. This web browser is the more recent web browser among Mozilla, Opera, Safari and Chrome.
It also has the auto correction feature to support spell checking. It is the only web browser which supports auto correction feature in Windows.
This version of IE10 is available only for Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 so people using XP or Vista won’t be able to use this version of IE. IE10 is made keeping into focus Windows 8 and Windows 7.
